What happens after you fill out the form

Every step from your first message to launch day, so you know exactly what to expect.

You’ve filled out the form on our site. Here’s what happens next, from that first message to launch day.

1. We read your answers

The form asks a few quick questions: what you need, your budget range, your timeline and your current website if you have one. It helps us see whether we’re a good fit before anyone’s time is spent.

If it looks like a good fit, the next step is a quick call.

2. A quick call

We meet, learn what you need and see if we’re a good fit. No pitch.

3. A questionnaire

If we’re a good fit, you fill out a questionnaire about your business, your customers and your goals. It covers most of what we need to know before the work begins.

4. A proposal, then a contract

Next, you get an official proposal: what we’ll build, what it costs and when it goes live. Once you approve it, we send a contract. Once it’s signed, the work starts.

5. Research and discovery

We research your market and your competitors. What they say, what they offer and where they fall short. Here’s why this comes first.

6. Strategy and a plan

The research becomes a brand strategy that positions you in your market, and a plan for the website built on it.

7. Design and build

The website is designed and built on that strategy, so it fits your bigger marketing picture. You review as we go. A typical build takes one to two weeks from the approved plan to launch.

8. Launch and support

We launch the site and make sure everything works. Then you get a free month of support and reporting, with unlimited updates, so anything that comes up in the first few weeks is handled.

The three steps

On the site, the process is three steps:

  • Discover and Learn covers steps 1 to 4.
  • Research and Plan covers steps 5 and 6.
  • Execute and Launch covers steps 7 and 8.

You deal with Miguel from the first call to launch day. If you have questions at any point, just ask.

Let's talk about your website.

Answer a few quick questions and we'll take it from there.
