What's the catch?

What happens when I apply?
Answer a few quick questions. We read your answers to see if we're a good fit. If we are, the next step is a quick call, then a questionnaire, a proposal and a contract. Nothing starts until the contract is signed.
How long does a build take?
A typical build takes one to two weeks from the approved plan to launch. Larger sites take longer, and you'll know the timeline before any work starts.
What do I pay, and when?
You pay half to start and half at launch. After your free first month, Support is $175 a month. It covers your hosting and domain, unlimited website updates and a monthly report.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and you own the code and the content. If you ever want to move, ask and we'll hand everything over.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We won't stop working until you're 100% satisfied. Changes inside what we agreed don't cost extra.
Do you work with businesses outside Surrey?
Yes. We're based in Surrey, BC, and work with businesses and organizations wherever they are.
What if I need more than ten pages, or something special?
Tell us what you need, and we'll look at it and quote it to fit.
Why do you build with Astro and not WordPress?
Astro builds plain, fast HTML pages, so there are no plugins to update and far less to break or hack. It also gives search engines clean code to read. If you need WordPress specifically, this offer isn't the right fit.
What happens to my current website?
We build your new site on a new server, so your current site stays live until the new one is ready. Then we switch over.
How long is the offer open?
